The factory

1.500 m² in Beniparrell.

Design, printing, sublimation, cutting, sewing and quality control. All in-house, all ours.

What sublimation is

The colour goes into the fibre.

Sublimation does not print on top of the fabric: it turns the ink into gas with heat and pressure, and that gas goes inside the polyester fibre. The colour becomes part of the fabric.

It does not crack

Vinyl is a sheet stuck on top: it cracks, lifts and peels off with washing. Here nothing is stuck on.

It adds no weight and covers nothing

Embroidery and vinyl add thickness and close up the fabric. A sublimated garment breathes the same in the printed area as everywhere else.

No cost per colour

In screen printing every colour is one more screen. In sublimation, a twenty-tone gradient costs the same as a plain stripe.

Full-bleed design

The print runs right up to the seam and carries on down the sleeve. There are no boxes, patches or dead areas.

From the idea to the box

Six steps, one roof.

None of these steps leaves Beniparrell. That is why we can take a change mid-production and still meet the lead time.

  1. Kauri designer working on the vector of a kit on screen
    Step 01Design

We draw your kit in vector format and show it to you built in 3D, front and back, before printing anything.

  2. Plotter feeding out the sublimation paper with the design printed
    Step 02Printing

We print the design onto sublimation paper with high-density inks. This is the step that sets the colour.

  3. Operator spreading the fabric on the calender table
    Step 03Sublimation

The calender transfers the ink to the fabric with heat and pressure. The colour turns to gas and goes inside the fibre.

  4. Cutting machine working on the already sublimated fabric
    Step 04Cutting

We cut piece by piece over the pattern, with each player's exact size and without wasting fabric.

  5. Machinist sewing a sports garment on the coverstitch machine
    Step 05Sewing

We assemble the garment with a reinforced coverstitch seam, the flat seam that stands up to play and does not chafe.

  6. Final check of the finished garments before packing
    Step 06Quality control

We check garment by garment before packing: colour, sizing, numbers and seams.

Capacity

100,000 garments a year.

Owning the factory is not about showing off square metres. It is about a club asking us for ten more jerseys in January because three youth players have moved up, and us making them.

  • No minimum production order.
  • 21-day average lead time, from approval to delivery.
  • Repeat orders throughout the season, with the design already on file.
  • 100% made in Spain, with no imports and no subcontracting.

If you are near Valencia, we will show you the factory. It makes a lot more sense when you see it.
